What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for six months from the date your order is delivered. If your jewelry experiences an issue caused by craftsmanship or material defects during this period, we will gladly assist you.

This includes:

• Structural issues caused during manufacturing
• Loose settings resulting from manufacturing faults
• Breakage occurring under normal wear due to a manufacturing defect

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will repair your item free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement of the same or a similar design.

Repair Process

If your jewelry develops an issue within the warranty period, please contact us with:

• Clear photos of the item
• A brief explanation of the problem

After reviewing the issue, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Depending on the condition of the jewelry:

• We may arrange a repair
• Or provide a replacement if repair is not possible

Warranty After 6 Months

After the 6-month warranty period, we are still happy to assist with repairs and services. However, repair charges will apply depending on the nature of the issue, materials required, and the extent of the damage.

We will always inform you of the repair cost before proceeding with any work.

Our warranty does not cover:
